How long until I get my order?
Orders typically take about 8 months to complete, as bouquet preservation is a delicate, time-intensive process. While we're continuously growing our team to improve turnaround times, flower preservation is naturally a long and detailed craft.
During peak wedding season (May–October), orders may take longer due to high demand. We work on a first-come, first-served basis, unless you reserve your date in advance.
Each piece is handmade with locally sourced materials. The drying or pressing process alone takes 5–6 weeks, and resin work requires months of careful layering—with each layer poured once every 24 hours to prevent overheating and ensure a flawless finish before sanding, final touches, and a white-glove review. Learn more about our process here.
We know you're excited to get your preservation, but the time it takes to make your preservation perfect is nothing compared to having it for a lifetime. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and are always available if you have any questions or just want to check in.
What can I expect?
Your cherished florals will be expertly preserved in the keepsakes of your choice, creating timeless pieces to remember and treasure for a lifetime.
Each preservation is 100% handmade, and while we take the utmost care, small bubbles and slight imperfections are a natural part of the process and should be expected. We use silica sand drying to best maintain your flowers’ shape and color, but some natural color changes will occur—whites tend to amber, and colors often deepen or become more muted.
If you prefer a brighter, more vibrant look, learn more about our color restoration service here.
Your preservation will be carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care. We’re here for you every step of the way, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Can I display my piece in direct sunlight?
To keep your preservation looking its best for years to come, it's important to store it away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure can cause dulling or ambering over time, which cannot be undone.
For both resin and framed pieces, keep them in a safe, dry place away from humidity. Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the surface. Our resin is VOC-free and food-grade safe, making it both eco-friendly and durable.
For functional resin pieces like trays or coasters:
❌ Never use a knife or pierce them
❌ Do not place in the dishwasher
❌ Avoid hot water
With the right care, your preservation will remain a stunning keepsake for years to come!
Will my flowers look exactly as they did when they were fresh?
Fresh and dried flowers will naturally look different. We use silica sand drying, the best method for preserving each bloom’s natural shape while minimizing color changes. However, some shifts in color are expected—whites will amber, and most colors will darken or become more muted.
Learn more about color changes here.
Unless specifically requested, your preservation is designed to be a representation of your bouquet, not an exact replica. Each piece is crafted with care to honor your flowers in a way that lasts a lifetime.
How long will my piece last?
With routine care, your preservation will last a lifetime! Over the years, your piece will age gracefully with you, continuing the story of your special day. Some natural fading may occur over time, but with proper care, your flowers will remain a cherished keepsake for years to come.
Can I preserve artificial flowers?

Do you charge for mock-up designs?
No, we offer free optional mock-up designs! Just ask, and we’ll send you a photo of your design after your flowers have dried but before we begin preservation. We welcome your feedback—let us know how we can make your design perfectly true to you.
Can I use an air dried bouquet?
Absolutely! If your bouquet is already dried, we can still create a stunning preservation for you. Extra care is needed when packing and shipping to ensure your flowers arrive safely. Learn more about how to ship your flowers here.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We have a $400 minimum for bridal bouquet preservations to ensure each piece receives the time, care, and quality it deserves. Memorial preservations have no minimum. We work on a first-come, first-served basis unless you reserve your date in advance.

Yes! Shipping your flowers is a race against time more than anything else. To ensure they arrive safely, visit our Packing & Shipping page for step-by-step instructions. We've had brides successfully ship flowers from Hawaii to Philadelphia!

How do I reserve my wedding date?
Head to our Reserve Your Date or Shop page and check out with your $200 Bouquet Preservation Deposit. Once submitted, your date will be officially reserved, and we’ll send you detailed packing and shipping instructions to ensure your bouquet arrives safely.
From start to finish, we’ll guide you every step of the way—helping you create and receive your dream preservation collection.
Is my deposit deducted from my final order total?
Yes! Once you submit your $200 deposit, you’ll receive a unique coupon code to deduct that amount from your total when placing your full order.
