On orders $400+

Bouquet Preservation Deposit

We know planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, so we want to take some of the stress off your plate. Our process is super simple - it starts with a $200 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your wedding date in our calendar.

You’ll receive a welcome email from us with all the details you need, including floral care instructions, step-by-step process on how to ship your bouquet to us safely (also see here), and our Preservation Guide to help you shop your preservation.

We require each order be at least $400 (which includes this deposit). When we receive your bouquet after the wedding day, it's then time to shop your whole order.

Our team will carefully pick the best blooms and place them in silica sand for 5-8 weeks of drying. We'll be your guide shopping the 50+ ways to preserve your flowers by arranging a design consultation over the phone. Plus, you can refer to our handy Preservation Guide.

Once your flowers are creatively designed and encased in resin or framed, your preservation collection will be packaged up and delivered back to you ready to display in your home for decades. The whole process from start to finish takes about 6-8 months.

Create a lasting memory of your special day - one that won’t wilt, fade or slip away. Preserve the beauty and emotion of your wedding bouquet with Bouquet Casting Co.

Each product is 100% handmade so imperfections and small bubbles are a part of the process and are often unavoidable, especially in smaller items.
