Bouquet Casting Co Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Bouquet Casting Co. Partner Program (the "Program") for florists and funeral homes ("Partners"). By joining the Program and actively participating in it, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Program Overview

Partners can earn a 10% commission on referred sales through a unique coupon code provided by Bouquet Casting Co. Clients referred by a Partner will receive an exclusive 5% discount on their order.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

a) The Program is open to florists, funeral homes, and related businesses that serve clients interested in wedding bouquet, memorial flower preservation, or other flower preservation.

b) Each Partner must apply and be approved before receiving a unique referral code for tracking sales. The application process may include submitting a verbal or written request and agreeing to the Program terms. Upon approval, we will generate the Partner’s unique coupon code and provide marketing materials to support their promotion efforts.

c) Partners agree to ethically promote Bouquet Casting Co. services and not misrepresent the nature of the discount or commission.

3. Commission Structure & Discount Application

a) Partners earn 10% commission on every referred sale where the unique coupon code is used.

b) Clients referred by Partners receive 5% off their order, applicable as follows:

For wedding clients reserving their date, the 5% discount applies to the $200 deposit. Upon placing their full order, they receive a full $200 coupon towards the final purchase.

For all other orders, the 5% discount applies at checkout to their full order.

c) Commission is earned only on purchases tracked through the unique coupon code. If a customer does not use the code, no commission will be paid.

d) Each coupon code can be used once per customer and is non-transferable.

e) Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, converted to cash, transferred to another order, or exchanged for rewards points.

4. Payouts & Payment Terms

a) Commissions are paid out monthly on the 1st of each month for sales completed in the previous calendar month.

b) Payments are only issued through approved online payment methods. No cash or check payments will be made. Partners will be responsible for any processing fees associated with receiving payment.

c) If a referred order is canceled or refunded, the commission will be adjusted accordingly.

d) It is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date.

e) If a Partner fails to meet the minimum payout threshold of $50, earnings will roll over to the next payment cycle.

5. Tracking & Reporting

a) Bouquet Casting Co. will provide Partners access to their referral sales reports upon request.

b) If there is any discrepancy in tracking, Partners must notify us within 7 days of the sale for review.

c) Partners cannot claim commissions for clients they did not directly refer, nor use their own referral code for personal purchases.

6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

a) Bouquet Casting Co. will provide marketing materials (brochures, signage, digital assets, etc.) for promotional use.

b) Partners must not alter, misrepresent, or create misleading advertising about Bouquet Casting Co.'s services.

c) Coupon codes cannot be shared on public discount or coupon sites.

d) Any unauthorized advertising, spam, or misrepresentation may result in termination from the Program.

7. Program Termination & Modifications

a) Bouquet Casting Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.

b) If the Program is terminated, any outstanding eligible commissions will be paid out in the next scheduled payment cycle.

c) Partners who engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of these terms may have their commission forfeited and be removed from the Program immediately.

d) If a Partner wishes to leave the Program, they must notify Bouquet Casting Co. in writing, and all outstanding payments will be processed according to the payout schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bouquet Casting Co. is not liable for any lost commissions due to tracking errors, technical failures, or customer actions. Partners agree to indemnify Bouquet Casting Co. against any claims arising from their participation in the Program.

9. Miscellaneous

a) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Bouquet Casting Co. and the Partner.

b) Any disputes arising from this Program shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

c) These Terms may be updated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

By enrolling in the Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Quick Questions:

What happens if a client forgets to use a coupon code? No commission will be earned. The sale must be tracked via the Partner's code.

What if a Partner’s commission payout method fails? Payments will be held until valid payment details are provided.

Can Partners offer additional discounts beyond the 5%? No, coupon codes and discounts must remain as assigned by Bouquet Casting Co.
