Bouquet Casting Co Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Bouquet Casting Co. Rewards Program ("Program") is a loyalty program offered by Bouquet Casting Co. ("BCC") that allows customers to earn and redeem points ("Points") on eligible purchases made through www.bouquetcasting.co. Participation in this Program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
By enrolling in and using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who create an account on www.bouquetcasting.co.
Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary to join.
Businesses, wholesalers, and resellers are not eligible for the Program.
3. Earning Points
Members earn 1 Point per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Bonus Points may be earned through special promotions at BCC’s sole discretion.
Points expire after two (2) years from the date they were earned if not redeemed.
Points cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or gifted to another account or individual. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Points may only be redeemed for discounts as detailed in these terms.
If an order is refunded or canceled, the earned Points for that purchase will be deducted from the member’s balance and will not be returned.
4. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts on eligible orders at www.bouquetcasting.co.
Redemption tiers are as follows:
400 Points = 5% off orders over $200
600 Points = 10% off orders over $200
900 Points = 15% off orders over $200
1,200 Points = 20% off orders over $200
Only one reward can be redeemed per order and per event (if order is for a wedding, memorial, or other event).
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or physical money.
Points cannot be used toward deposits or applied retroactively to past purchases.
If a member places an order using Points and later requests a refund, the redeemed Points will not be reinstated to their account.
5. Limitations & Restrictions
Points can only be used for wedding, memorial, or other event preservations or products in the Ready-to-Ship shop at www.bouquetcasting.co.
Points cannot be applied to deposits for bouquet preservation services.
Points must be redeemed per order and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
Members can redeem only one reward per event.
Points do not hold any monetary value outside of the Program and cannot be exchanged for cash in any form.
6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
BCC reserves the right to revoke points, cancel memberships, or deny redemptions if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
Abuse includes but is not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate rewards.
Exploiting system errors to gain unearned Points.
Attempting to sell or transfer Points.
In the event of suspicious activity, BCC may freeze the member’s account and conduct a review.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
BCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
If the Program is terminated, members will have 30 days to redeem remaining Points before they are forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
BCC is not liable for any technical errors, miscalculations, or system failures that may impact the earning or redemption of Points.
BCC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Points.
Participation in the Program does not create any contractual or legal rights beyond those outlined in these Terms.
By participating in the Rewards Program and using the BCC website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Account Termination & Inactivity
BCC reserves the right to terminate a member’s account at any time if they are found violating the terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing the Program.
Accounts that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months (i.e., no purchases, redemptions, or engagement) may be automatically deactivated, and any unused Points will be forfeited.
If a member chooses to close their account, any unredeemed Points will be lost and cannot be transferred.
10. Errors & System Malfunctions
In the case of technical errors, system malfunctions, or miscalculations, BCC reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or reinstate Points at its sole discretion.
If a member accidentally receives more Points than earned, BCC may correct the balance without prior notice.
11. Changes to Point Values & Expiration
BCC reserves the right to change how Points are earned or redeemed at any time, including:
Adjusting the value of Points required for redemptions.
Increasing or decreasing the expiration period.
Modifying how Points can be earned or used in the future.
Any major changes will be communicated to members via email and updated on www.bouquetcasting.co.
12. No Guarantee of Future Rewards
Membership in the Rewards Program does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward.
BCC reserves the right to add, modify, or remove reward options at any time.
13. Indemnification Clause
By participating in the Program, members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bouquet Casting Co., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Program.
BCC is not responsible for any loss of Points due to account breaches, unauthorized access, or system errors beyond its control.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes must first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
Class-action lawsuits are not permitted, and members must pursue claims individually.
16. Force Majeure Clause
BCC is not liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, system failures, or supplier shortages that impact the Program.
