Every order includes free inbound shipping protection. If the unexpected happens on the way to us, we’ll source and replace your blooms on our dime to ensure your preservation is perfect.
Lost in Transit
If the carrier loses your box entirely, we will source a complete replacement bouquet for your preservation.
Molding or Wilting Blooms
Stuck in a sorting facility and arrived entirely wilted or molded? The cost to replace the blooms is on us.
Carrier Damage
If the box is crushed by the carrier and destroys the flowers inside, we will replace the damaged florals.
We Must Receive Your Florals Within 5 Days of Your Event
Our insurance is fully contingent on you following our exact packing and shipping directions. If you follow the instructions, we've got your back no matter what the shipping carrier does or how your flowers arrive.
What's Covered
- Cost of sourcing replacement fresh blooms.
- Damage resulting from carrier delays or mishandling.
- Complete loss of inbound package by the shipping carrier.
What's Not Covered
- Return shipping of your final preservation piece.
- Any non-floral mementos (charms, ribbons, pins) sent in your box.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow our packing instructions.
