We accept all orders, but a reservation guarantees you a priority spot. We work in a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround, especially during peak season, may extend 35+ weeks.

Orders typically take at least 26-35 weeks to complete, as bouquet preservation is a delicate, time-intensive process. Flower preservation is naturally a long and detailed craft, especially when done the right way using our proprietary methods for maximum longevity.

During peak wedding season (May–October), orders may take longer due to high demand. We work on a first-come, first-served basis unless you reserve your date in advance.

Each piece is handmade. The drying or pressing process alone takes about 8 weeks, and resin work requires months of careful layering, with each layer poured once every 24 hours to prevent overheating and ensure a flawless finish before sanding, final touches, and a white-glove review. Learn more about our process here.

We know you're excited to get your preservation, but the time it takes to make your preservation is nothing compared to having it for a lifetime. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and are always available if you have any questions or just want to check in.

You can place your full order anytime after paying your deposit but no later than one day after your wedding.

Once your flowers arrive, time is critical. We need to know whether to press them or dry them in silica sand based on your order. The longer they go without proper drying, the higher the risk of wilting, molding, and becoming unusable.

Yes, once you submit your $75 deposit, you’ll receive a unique coupon code to deduct that amount from your total when placing your full order.

Each event needs its own order. Every order is handled as a separate project and is subject to its own $400 minimum. This helps us track your flowers correctly, keep timelines clear, and ensure each set of florals gets the care it needs.

Yes, payment plans are available through Affirm, PayPal, Klarna, and more at checkout.

PROCESS + SHIPPING

Shipping your flowers is a race against time more than anything else. For best results, follow our Packing & Shipping instructions. We see brides successfully ship flowers from Hawaii to Philadelphia.

Every order includes a free priority express shipping label and free BloomSafe Insurance to keep things simple.

For best results, get your flowers to us within 4 days of your event. Within 5+ days we may recommend Color Restoration if there's noticeable browning or wilting.

Unsure if your flowers are still viable? Book a call with us, we're happy to help.

We recommend sending one full bouquet of flowers. One bouquet is plenty in most cases to create multiple keepsakes from. If you're placing a larger order, get in touch with us for more guidance.

As soon as you can! The sooner we get your flowers, the better your results will be in your preservation. Preserving your flowers before noticeable browning or wilting ensures the best outcome.

Within 4 days is typically best, but we have options if it's been 5+ days. Read about Color Restoration here or book a call with us.

If you're local, schedule a drop-off time. It could also help to designate a flower guardian to ship or drop-off your flowers for you after the wedding.

It depends on your wedding date and how soon you need to send your flowers (or if your event has already passed). You can see exactly what we recommend for you right here.

Use a box no larger than 16x12x12", ideally just slightly bigger than your bouquet. Shipping cost depends on weight, so keep it as lightweight as possible.

For most orders, we only need:
- 1 bridal bouquet
- 1 boutonniere and/or a few small mementos (if you’re including them)

Please do not send more than one bouquet’s worth of flowers unless we’ve specifically instructed you to (typically for very large orders). If you’re unsure, give us a call here and we’ll guide you.

For packing materials, use crumpled paper towels and/or newspaper to create a “nest” and prevent movement. Full step-by-step packing instructions are here.

Yes, you’re welcome to include items like boutonnieres, invitations, vows, ribbons, lace, or other small mementos.

Please only send what you intend to have preserved. Items not meant to be preserved (or not listed on your info sheet in the box) may be discarded. We don't want to throw away anything special to you, so it's important to tell us what you're sending and only send what you want preserved.

Every order includes free BloomSafe Insurance, so we've got you covered.

If your flowers get delayed or arrive damaged/wilted and all our instructions were followed, we'll replace blooms for you for free to complete your preservation.

For flowers already dried, we put them through our drying process regardless to ensure the best outcome for your preservation. If there's any moisture present, molding could occur, which we'll act to avoid at all costs for you.

Yes, and most of the time, one bouquet is more than enough to create multiple keepsakes. Many clients are able to do a full set for themselves plus gifts for family and friends from a single bouquet.

Find how many flowers fit in each keepsake in the description of each product. Small pieces such as jewelry or bookmarks can only fit fragments of petals, while large bouquet blocks or pressed frames can fit entire arrangements.

RESULTS + EXPECTATIONS

Your cherished florals will be expertly preserved in the keepsakes of your choice, creating timeless pieces to save your memories.

Each preservation is 100% handmade, and while we take the utmost care, small bubbles in resin and slight imperfections are a natural part of our human touch and should be expected.

We use silica sand drying to best maintain your flowers’ shape and color if not pressed, but natural color changes will occur. Whites tend to amber, and colors often deepen or become more muted. Learn more here on what to expect.

If you prefer a brighter more vibrant look, we offer Color Restoration to restore vibrancy.

Just as your marriage matures and evolves over time, so too will your floral preservation. We use the highest quality UV-resistant materials available, but nature cannot be frozen forever.

All epoxy resin, even high-grade UV resistant formulas, will eventually amber. This oxidation process creates a warm, golden hue over the years, giving your resin piece a nostalgic, antique glow. With proper care, this change will be gradual over many years.

Frames and shadow boxes may fade faster or develop slight textural changes (wrinkling) as humidity fluctuates. This creates a delicate, fine-art parchment effect. Learn care tips here.

To slow the aging process, always display your keepsakes away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Think of them like a watercolor painting: precious and needing protection. Learn more here on what to expect.

Dried flowers will naturally look different than fresh flowers. Color and texture changes should be expected. Whites will turn amber, and most colors will shift, mute, or deepen. Learn more here about color changes.

Unless specifically requested, your preservation is designed to be a representation of your bouquet or a unique design using your flowers, not an exact replica of the bouquet.

With routine care, your preservation will last a lifetime. Over the years, your piece will age gracefully with you, continuing the story of your special day. Natural fading of the florals may occur over time and the resin may amber over extended periods. Learn more here on what to expect.

Yes, Color Restoration is available for those who like the style it offers, or if your blooms are browning and could use a touch up.

If your flowers aren't in good shape, we may ask you if you'd like replacement blooms which are on the house.

Yes, like all epoxy, resin can slowly warm/amber over time. With proper care (kept indoors and out of direct sunlight/heat), this change is typically very gradual and may not be noticeable for many years. Learn more here on what to expect.

Included with every order, BloomSafe Insurance is our way of keeping the process of getting your flowers to us as simple as possible.

If your flowers get delayed in transit or damaged upon delivery to us, we'll source replacement blooms as needed for free to complete your preservation. As long as our instructions are followed, we've got you covered if anything happens outside of your control. Read more about BloomSafe Insurance here.

CARE + DISPLAY

We recommend avoiding direct sunlight and exposure to heat or humidity for all keepsakes. To maximize the longevity of your keepsakes, keep them in a stable environment.

Resin especially should be kept away from UV exposure, which can speed up yellowing over time. Learn more here on how to care for your keepsakes.

Read here on how to care for your keepsakes. With routine care, your keepsakes will last a lifetime.

Our resin is food-safe and VOC-free. However, we do not recommend eating off your resin trays or pieces. Do not take a knife, fork, or other utensils to the resin. Resin keepsakes are not microwave safe or dishwasher safe. All resin should be kept away from heat, including hot water.

While your resin coasters are functional, do not put hot beverages on them. Wash your resin keepsakes with cool water only if needed. For the longevity of your keepsakes and best outcome, they should be for display purposes only. Read more about care here.
